Consultation Group for IFS Inspired Coaches and Therapists

This is an opportunity for therapists and coaches to engage in professional growth, personal discovery, and skill building. The result of participating in a group like this helps build community, decrease isolation in our work, and also leads to new ways of working and assisting our clients.

If you want a group that allows for support and moves you deeper and more skillfully into your work with clients then this group is for you. Working with clients through a coaching or therapy lens touches our own psychological and personal depths and is not meant to be done in complete isolation. We must learn to attend to our own parts while growing in our skillfulness and effectiveness at the same time.

This group will empower and assist you in building these skills, moving into your own depths while keeping your practice grounded, ethical, and at the edge of the best evidence based approaches we have. Familiarity with the IFS or parts work framework is encouraged but not required.

This group is open to therapists and coaches who are interested in IFS work, but may not have attended a training. This group is also relevant for therapists and coaches who have gone through formal training.
